Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

At AQUAVE, we extend this period to 30 days for your convenience.


Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • The item should be in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.

Hygiene Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used and are no longer in a resellable condition may not be eligible for return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve the issue promptly.


Return Shipping
